Buy or Bye: Jeffree Star Cosmetics Liquid Frost

After what I expect to be many , many requests, Jeffree Star has finally released a liquid highlighter range and I couldn’t be more excited! I LOVE liquid highlighters and I adore Jeffree so it is safe to say that I couldn’t wait to add these to my collection.

When the Liquid Frost highlighters launched I was so surprised to see that they were only £20.  So surprised in fact, that I thought it would probably be worth buying two…

As you all know, liquid highlighters are one of my makeup obsessions, so I was keen to try them out and review them for you all.

The shades I purchased were Goddess, a peachy gold glitter, and Ice Queen, an icy pink with violet glitter and I love them both. I switch between the two as I like them both equally, but will definitely be using Goddess in the winter to give me a bronze winter glow.

Let’s start with packaging…

This product comes in a clear bottle with a bright pink lid and really stands out in my makeup collection. I also love that it comes with a dropper, making it super easy to apply.

Described as a metallic liquid infused with glitter that ‘keeps the glow on all day’, I can honestly say that Jeffree has achieved this with his liquid highlighters! When using, I simply apply a pea sized amount to each cheekbone and blend in with a stippling brush.

The formula is non sticky, and works well underneath foundation and concealer. However, you can also use this on your eyes and body too and a little really does go a long way.

I’m a huge fan of Jeffree Star Cosmetics, and am yet to find a product that I don’t like from the brand! These liquid highlighters are such lovely products, and are super affordable too.

If you love the look of a liquid highlighter then you will love these.

Have you tried this product out?
