For me, there is nothing better than snuggling up and watching a festive film. I also love having one playing in the background when doing a little wrapping. So, with less than a month until Christmas, I thought I’d share with you all my top FIVE Christmas movies that I watch every year.
Released in 1996 and featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jingle All the Way is truly a wonderful Christmas movie. Not only does this movie provides a lot of laughs but also showcases just how crazy we become when it comes to buying gifts.
Elf has to be one of the most iconic Christmas films of all time. Starring legend Will Ferrell, before the opening scenes starts you know it’s going to be full of laughs. This film is perfect for those days where you want to snuggle up in bed or on the sofa with food from Buddy the Elf’s four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns and syrup!
This Disney Christmas movie, stars Tim Allen who knocks Santa off the roof and then transforms into Santa himself. I love this movie and have watched it every year since I was a young girl, it has an great story line and it’s without a doubt a festive classic. If you’re feeling like multiple movies, there’s also a second and third Santa Clause movie that follows!
Not only is The Holiday one of my favourite Christmas movies, it’s also one of my favourites for all year round! With an all-star cast including Cameron Diaz, Jude Law and Kate Winslet, it’s certainly one I’ll be watching multiple times this December.
A film that reminds us all that Christmas is more than just the gifts under our trees, The Grinch is a classic Christmas film that should be in everyone’s top 5!
By no means are these in order of my favourites, as this would simply be too hard to decide!
I’m certainly going to be popping these on the TV whilst I wrap my presents this weekend!
